HOA BOARD MEETINGS
Board meetings are normally held monthly, the third Tuesday of the month (except for holidays) and are open to residents. Meetings are held at (see monthly agenda while golf course is under construction) and begin at 6:30 PM with an open board meeting, followed by an open forum. An annual meeting and HOA election is typically held in March of each year.
Meetings are announced on community marquee boards, in the Cardinal, on the TownSq calendar, and notification is sent out via an email blast to those individuals who have registered their email address through this site.
